Retail Stores
- St. Jacobs Farmers Market is OPEN on Thursday and Saturdays.
- Our Waterloo and our 2 Kitchener stores are OPEN, regular hours.
- We do everything in our power to continuously and safely produce baked goods, see below changes we implemented
- If you like to stock up on Bread Products (larger quantities), please order them a day ahead at 519.725.1920
- Curbside pick up (only available at our Waterloo location), call ahead 519.725.1920, place your order and prepay with a credit card. Call us when you are here and we will bring the order out to you
Direct Home Delivery Service
- Grainharvest Breadhouse Direct Home Delivery Service now available , we will deliver our products to your doorstep contact-less within Waterloo, Kitchener, St. Jacobs and Elmira. Click here for details
See below changes we implemented within our production and retail stores:
Keep your distance!
- You are required to wear a Facemask when entering the store
- Stay 6 feet away from other customers
- Maximum Capacity of customers in our stores:
- 3 Customers, Waterloo, 105 Lexington Road
- 2 Customers, Kitchener, 200 Lorraine Ave
- 5 Customers, Kitchener, 1450 Blockline Road
- If you notice that the store is filling up, please wait outside, until other customers leave
- Our Lexington Road (Waterloo) and Blockline Road (Kitchener) store are “One Way”, please follow the signs
- All our store and bakery staff are wearing facemask
- We installed Plexiglas shields at our cash counters, to protect staff and customers
We will serve you!
- Self-serve of any unpackaged goods will be suspended
Sanitation!
- All surfaces, including door handles, counters and debit key pads will be disinfected consistently throughout the day
- Hand sanitizer for our customers available
- Our employees will continue to wash their hands consistently and not touch any baked products with bare hands (as we have always done)
